Domingo - Gabriel

This is the final line of the letter i sent my husband on Father's Day.

"Thank you, JC, for sharing 7 and a half years with me..."

It may depict two things.

* That i am thanking him of the past 7 years we had and that i am excited of the years to come

or simply,

* That i am thanking him, a final thank you, and that i am already ready to let go...

which one is it?

On surprises and frustration.

Last night was just so depressing.

My first bus ride to Fair View all the way from SM-Manila, with my Sister...tsk tsk tsk!

Now I know what "Road to Nowhere" meant...

I had planned on surprising a dear friend, but to no avail. My sister, though, was able to meet her dear friend @ FairView Mall and I on the other hand, rode an FX to Araneta, just about 30 minutes from the moment we got off the bus.

All the way home, I felt weak...disturbed...

Made me wonder what the hell am I doing with my messed up life.

Ofline, Sent Messages, New Wave

Offline
I have been offline for quite sometime, because my sister, being the administrator, accidentally deleted our DSL connection and so I just have to wait and see...Now, I am somewhere in between civilizations for this.

I just can't live a life without being "attached" to the rest of the world. I feel like an alien.

Good bye Ronald Raegan!

Sent Messages
It's raining and my hair is wet.

It's a gloomy Monday, no work for the rest of the week.

Tomorrow though, I have a job interview.

Better prepare.

New Wave
This Morning, I woke up around 7:30, which is my usual waking time when i'm not working nowadays. I did the laundry (yes, I am not exactly a princess as most of you would think! :) haha!) and I made breakfast!

At around 9:30, I chose the songs I want for my morning routine - exercise. I plan to get fit, lose weight and be happy for the rest of my gloomy life.

I chose:

* Stretching - "Ghost In You" (Psychedelic Furs)
* Aero/Taebo - "Hey Mickey" and "Streat Beat" (Toni Basil)
* Weights - "Like A Virgin" (Madonna)
* Aero/Kick Boxing - "Rio" and "View To A Kill" (Duran Duran)
* Stretching - "Hold Me Now" (Thompson Twins)

I love it! Makes me wanna do this all day!

Detestation

Upon arriving at my workstation, the first thing that a co-worker told me was to open my Outlook because there was an urgent mail from our Team Manager. It was a e-mail asking our Workforce Analyst to change our schedules, because PS Part-timers are no longer needed during weekdays, that they (Operations-DR) are better off like that. My reaction, "Why am I not surprised?"

He hates us!

Mundane

I had a GY shift (11pm-7am) last night at work and who would have thought i'd last the whole day without having to sleep. I slept around 4pm. It was a great morning because when i left the building, the rain has just stopped and the sun was just partly hidden from the gray clouds. To me, that's beautiful. i loved the way the cool wind pressed against my cheeks when i stood for more than 20 minutes trying to get a bus ride to Quiapo. I admired those potential ballerinas in the people that crossed Buendia, when they tried to avoid getting their pants wet. And how, when people put their hands above their heads, they feel secured of not being wet, like how one fans himself, as if it made a differnece.

i rode a bus to the Post Office. He, coming from the other side of the street and from a public transportation, he said he liked my smile, a total opposite from what he had seen the day before. i said, i smile like so because i am once again whole.

He logged in, went back to garden where i waited. Then offered to take me home, via G-liner.

in two hours time, he is back in his office.

I love the fact the someone would go out of the way for me, not because i wanted it, but
because he liked so.

No malice.

"Oh, how everything
was against me then.
Even termites made
their way to my
bedroom. They ate
the mat and destroyed
all my books. It was
distressing to think of
those books and the
yellow robes I used to
wear had holes in
them like my weeping
eyes..."
